We have different shipping options to meet your needs at checkout. Orders will be processed within 24 hours. If your order is placed after 2 PM on Friday, it will be processed Monday. We currently only ship to the United States. 

  • Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) - 1 to 3 days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express- 1 to 2 days (Order must be placed before 2PM to be sent out same day, if not, item will be processed the next day)

  • Pick Up in Store- Items may be picked up during store hours Monday 10am - 4pm Tuesday- Friday 10AM- 6PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM.

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Miranda@cottonandtwine.com or call us at 706.263.9019 immediately. If your order has already been processed changes cannot be made, but don't worry, we offer free returns. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. If your order is placed after 2 PM on Friday, it will be processed Monday. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email within 24 hours so you can track the status of your shipment. You can expect it to arrive in 1-3 business days after it ships. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns up to 14 days from date of shipment on items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original tags attached. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale and therefore may not be eligible for returns.

How do I return my item? 

If you need to return an item, head on over to www.cottonandtwine.com. Scroll to the bottom of the home page and click on returns. From there, enter your order number and zip code. Select what item you want to return and your reason for returning. Then click submit request. Finally, you can create your return label and print. Then send back to us via USPS. If you are local, you also can return your item in store. 

When will I see my personal account refunded for my return?

Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding your refund. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect back on to your account. Some financial institutions may release holds sooner or take longer depending on their policies. For any additional questions about time length of holds, please feel free to contact your bank. 

Why can't I process an exchange?

We currently do not except exchanges at this time. If you are looking to order another item we recommend placing a separate order.

What if my item is lost in the mail?

Make sure at checkout your address is entered correctly. If address is wrong and the item gets sent back to us, when we get the new address you will be charged for shipping. Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible. If your item does not arrive, check in with your post office.

It's free for standard shipping. Prices vary for USPS Priority Mail Express.

Yes, you can! We offer this option at checkout. Our store is located at 116 Court Street in Calhoun, Georgia. Appointments may be made for Monday 10am - 4pm Tuesday- Friday 10AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-4PM.
